It's nice to be reminded how nice the hills on this route are. Just great.

CFE workout with Becky at Urban:

Set treadmill at 9% incline. "Ran" first .5 mile backwards, then turned around and "ran" last .5 mile. 15:14.

This was an awesome workout.
