Swim 8 x 50m with :90 rest between. If I deviated more than 3 seconds from my fastest one, I had a penalty. Did NOT have the penalty as I ranged from :41 - :38. 41 39 39 40 39 39 39 39 Also worked on drills and flip turns a bit.
