Snatch
Heavy Single
45-2
65-2
95-Snatch Pull x 2, Snatch x 2
115-Snatch Pull x 2, Snatch x 2
135-Snatch Pull x 2, Snatch x 1
145-Snatch Pull x 2, Snatch x 1
155-Snatch Pull x 1, Snatch x 1

155 is a PR, so that's good (even though small compared to both where I want it to be and compared to my BW . . . but it's improvement). The bar path is still not good. The pulls before the snatches were an effort to focus on speed and work on a straighter bar path. The speed was better - the bar path not so much.

The wrist tolerated it - we'll see how much it sets me back.

AMRAP in 20min of:
Run 400m
40 wallballs (20#)

(subbed 45# thrusters for walballs - my homemade 20# medball broke open, need to fix)

5 rounds + 400M + 18 "wallballs"

set up a guide to know i was going low enough on the thrusters, but even then i found myself cheating a little bit. shoulders killed on this one.
