CFE Swim workout:
These were sprints, so there was rest time, and I'll record the rest time after each set.

100y- 1:27 - :30
100y- 1:28 - :30

100y- 1:29 - :30
200y- 3:08 - 1:00
200y- 3:06 - 1:00
200y- 3:13 - DONE!

By the end of the 100's and the 200's I felt like I was flailing around like a dummy...sigh...good workout.
