OK. Last week I was still being careful (although all signs of troulbe have been gone for a few weeks) but did three deadlifts at 297 at the end of the workout. Yesterday, I did one at 242, and the middle of the workout became the end of the workout. My tweaked my back again. I wonder if it isn't my deadlift form.
In better news... I got a new Bench Press 1 rep PR: 231lb. (That's 105 kilos)

Maybe videotape yourself? You could probably spot form errors yourself, but if you'd like, you can send it to me, and I'll take a look at it.
Trainer ride - 18 miles. Supposed to do first 9 miles at 85%, last 9 at 95%. Time was 56:35. I'm tired.

4 Clapping Push-ups
8 KB Swings, 1 pood (s/b 1.5)
12 Squats
Good one. Last five rounds I wanted out.
