It's been a long time since I did this one, and I didn't look for the old speeds in my book (and now that I have, I can't find them anyway), so I just took a guess as to where I should start and went from there. As it turns out, I should have started much faster than I did.

Speed(mph) - Pace(min/mile)
9.0 - 6:39
9.1 - 6:35
9.2 - 6:31
9.3 - 6:27
9.5 - 6:18
9.7 - 6:10
10.0 - 6:00
10.6 - 5:39
12.0 - 5:00

My thought is that I'll try 10 next time. I've done 6 rounds of 2 min on/1 min off at that pace, but my guess is that I'm not back to that kind of pace (for that length of time) yet.

Kiley - I joined UA now. We'll see how long it lasts, but it's nice to have a treadmill and a rower again. I also added the "bring a guest" option (kind of - it's more like Becky added that option) . . . time for racquetball battles.
