Pace was 7:13 min/mile for most of it - bumped it up to 6 min/mile for the last minute.

Definitely not back to running form yet, but it's an improvement over my 3 mile performance 2 Mondays ago.

Swim, 12 minute TT - 620 meters or so. Not my favorite swim.
