Approximately 5 hours later: Back Squat 5 x 5 220-5 245-5 275-5 300-5 330-3 (ties 3 rep PR)
3 rounds for time of: 50m walking lunge 100m standing broad jump 200m run

Notes 1. Happy with the press PR.
2. Tired from late night on Tuesday and did not want to squat, so decently pleased with tying the 3 rep PR. 5 would have been nicer.
3. The metcon was indoors - if one goes the length of the bball court plus two tiles, that's 25 meters. Thus a down-back is 50 meters and two down-backs is 100 meters.
4. Putting the lifting and the metcon on two different days probably would have been better, but I really was looking forward to the rest day on Thursday.
