With 8th hour weight lifting class:

Notes
1. Happy with the press PR.

2. Tired from late night on Tuesday and did not want to squat, so decently pleased with tying the 3 rep PR. 5 would have been nicer.

3. The metcon was indoors - if one goes the length of the bball court plus two tiles, that's 25 meters. Thus a down-back is 50 meters and two down-backs is 100 meters.

4. Putting the lifting and the metcon on two different days probably would have been better, but I really was looking forward to the rest day on Thursday.
