Box Jumps
Slapping Push-ups
Pull-ups

For the 30 min run, I did 15 minutes out and then ran back for a total time of 29:52.

Box Jumps were pretty high - I used an electrical box at the apartment complex next to our hotel. For pull-ups, I used a tree branch that conveniently "Y'ed" to make some nice hand-holds. Kipping wasn't really possible, and that tree does a nice job on the hands. Good metcon though.
