Rest Day

Hey all - what do you think about Monday evening for "The Twelve Days of Christmas" WOD? I'll have to check basketball schedules for the guys (Chris?), but the girls practice from 2:00-3:30, so I'm guessing sometime in the early evening would probably be open.

When are you planning to work out Thursday, Phil? I can only do a.m. but I doubt there's time for this in the morning.

I can go on Sunday if that's OK with everyone else.
However.....we would have to START at 1:00 or 1:30 at the latest.

Directly after that I have to pick up a car and drive 6-7 hours to Parsons, KS.

Sunday works fine for me. Technically, it's a rest day, but this is probably my favorite WOD of the entire year. I'm pumped. Not even kidding.

As far as tomorrow, I'd love to go in the morning, but I'm not sure yet. My plan is to finish my final exam tonight after basketball practice, and it just depends how long it takes me to do that (as far as if I get to bed at a reasonable hour). Can I let you know later?

As a side note, the exam is essentially done, but the rewriting and formalizing it will take some time. So I'm kind of pumped about it being pretty much done too.

We could put a cut-off on it to make sure we finish in a reasonable time.

10 min? 12 min?

What's a "bent row" anyway?

We can shoot for 5:30 a.m. then if we need to cut off time, we can. And we can just hustle our buns through the cleans and not dilly dally and if I could think of one more silly phrase, I'd throw it in here.

That sounds good.

Here's a video of the bent row:
