Did front squat at the new gym. Kind of annoying in that there is only one squat rack, and the pins are either too high for front squat (BANG!) or really low (lonnnng fail). But I digress.

70 85 95 105 115 fail (Like, no reps. Got about 1/2 up and just BOOM no way.)
Then I swam 8 x 100's on the 2:10. That gave me about 25 seconds rest between them. Probably should have done them on less time, but I am trying to figure out my pace again.
