Well...I'm going to attempt to join you Thursday. But I need to do NO ARM MOVEMENTS or sit ups ... or jumping...or lots of things...But I'm planning to squat. =)_
I did back squat. Bothered my rib a little, but not bad. Just went light.

Worked with some lighter weights after that. Overall, very tired and doing this at 10 at night probably didn't help (this still doesn't mask the fact that it should have gone at least somewhat better).
