At CHS, I worked with power cleans first and kept the weights lighter than yesterday to work on some form. I did doubles of the following:

175 (7 sets of doubles @ 175)

Then I went to Urban Active right after that and did the back squat workout that was prescribed for today (3-3-3-1-1-1). Nice use of a guest pass.
