I won't get back from the girls' basketball retreat until at least 5:30 p.m. today, so I'll be doing this one in the evening. Anyone care to join me? (I would estimate a 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. start time.)

Thanks for posting that, Phil. Upon viewing it, I've decided "Rachel" may be the most boring metcon to view in video form. =) But still, it was fun to see me do stuff since it's been so long...=)

The truth is that most metcons are actually incredibly boring to watch in video form. Not only that, but in fact they're also mostly boring to watch in real life. (Now I'm extrapolating. I've never worked out with someone who took longer than me.) Yours is normal. What saves them is cool music. Or great feats of strength. But pretty much only rob orlando does those. So -- you just need music.
Haha, good points, Jacob. However...there WAS music, it just is hard to hear. =( So I need feats of strength. =(

Slightly depressing b/c ... I'm stronger than that. Or I was. However, baby steps are better than NO steps, so...okay.

However...I've totally forgotten my time. Sigh...it was long. 13 or something? I dunno.
