After the last couple of days, it's nice to be back to working out again. Today, Kiley and I did the WOD that was prescribed for Saturday (after the basketball retreat, I fell asleep for about 12 hours).

The first go-round at 205 was ridiculous. Jumping wasn't the issue - accuracy in receiving the bar was.
