Right arm was hurting a bit, and that was affecting things. I think I could have pressed 245 at least once otherwise (at least, I hope).

The metcon turned into a 7 min AMRAP:
3 rounds + 5 push press

Did the bear-crawls in the weightroom - measured out 30 feet (the vb court width).
