HSPUs on 4 10# plates (thicker ones). A WOD with 84 HSPUs didn't seem like the time to lower my weight stack just yet.

L-Pull-ups were more like h-pull-ups.

HSPU on 2-35# bumper plates and 1-10# plate. Next time I need to get rid of the 10#er.

Subbed 1 jumping pull-up and 1 knees to elbows for each L pull-up.
