Went for the 35 minute TT today. Only I decided I only had time for 30. Only then I decided since I usually run back faster, I'd go out 16 minutes...but I'm dumb and that's a 2:00 difference really if I made up that time, and I ended up exactly at 16 minutes out and 16 back. Weird. I think it was around 3.4 or 3.5 miles. I'm happy with that.

5 rounds + 200m run, 21 SDHP, 14 Pull-ups . . . so close.

Back to running inside at school, which was even more interesting today with volleyball practice, play practice, and the opening and shutting of the gym door on each 200m.

I had this scheduled for last week, but things got busy and I alternated a few wods. Did it today:
5 rnds + 200m run + 21 SDHP + 11 pull-ups.
