Did maybe 5-8 sets of 3 with 30# then about the same number of setsish with 50#. Focusing on form.
With the residual back soreness - mostly from Wednesday, but yesterday's SDHPs set me back a bit - a max effort day would have been pointless. Consequently, I did doubles working up to somewhere below 75%.

Not bad, but definitely glad I didn't go for max weights. Technique would have suffered greatly.
Did the CFE running workout where you run 3:00 X 6 rounds. Rest 3:00 after rounds 1,3,5 and rest 1:00 after rounds 2, 4. However, I am dumb and rested 2:00 after round 5 instead.
Oh well, t'was still good.
I'm not sure, but perhaps you mean that you rested 2 minutes after round 4?
I was there for (and timed) the rest after round 5 (your last rest) - it was 3 minutes.
