Clean and Jerk, 6 x 2: 135-2 155-2 165-2 175-2 185-2 195-1
Missed the second clean at 195. Kind of silly - just wasn't very accurate and caught it wrong (bar slid down my shoulders). This is 25# under my clean PR, so that's not great. However, I was pretty happy with the whole experience - it was the first time doing cleans in about two months, and my wrist had no problems with it. I look forward to getting those weights back up.
Metcon 9:04
HSPU - Rd 1: 3-10# plates (thick) HSPU - Rds 2-5: same plus a 5# plate. I wanted to make sure I was done before The Barn started.

I originally thought the C&J was two sets of 6 each. Which is what I did last time when it was 6x2 on clean.
