2 rounds + approx. 10 GHD sit-ups in less than 4 minutes. First round was great. Second round - pain started to develop in my lower back (nerve-type). I've had that before during GHD sit-ups, and sometimes it goes away. This time it got worse and I had to stop in the 3rd round.

Unfortunate as it was going well.

Instead, did 10 min AMRAP of:
8 KTE
16 Push-ups (1st 2 rounds on knuckles)
32 Double-Unders
