Shoulder press. After last night...it was a bit silly really. =) Did 3 X 3. 60 60 65 Then did spin class. Took me a while to get into it. After riding outside so much...I just love that and spin is...not the same. I appreciated the workout and such, but there were times I was like "I would NEVER do this on a bike!" which was funny. But...it wasn't anything BAD for me, just...different.
I'm tired. And have been hungry for some time. So...I drove thru McDonalds (after stopped at Walgreens to get supplies to care for my shredded hands). Got and Egg McMuffin...and...Cinnamon Melts. =) I know, I know, I should have just had two sandwiches...oh well. They were yommy. =)

Worked up to a set of 3 at 130# and then stopped and went to spin.
