Tried out cleans, still can't do it with the wrist, perhaps next go-round.

Little ticked about the 310 - didn't gear up for it like I should have. On the up side, I think 285 and 305 were 5-rep and 3-rep PRs, respectively.

DANG IT! I mis-read my numbers for a second and thought I BEAT PHIL on round two of sit-ups...but I didn't. =(

A side note - I created the music file and tested it out beforehand, so I knew all the timing issues were correct. That said, during the first round of double-unders, I was seriously starting to think that I had made a major mistake. It felt like that round would never end.

Phil-I was ABSOLUTELY SURE you had screwed up and we were doing a round of 5 minutes that first round. Mostly during the DU's, not as much during the SU's.
