Time: TBD

5 rounds for max reps of:
Bench Press, BW
Pull-ups
Back Squat, BW

This is not a metcon, so rest should be taken between each set. That said, we'll need to move at a pretty decent pace to get this one done in a reasonable amount of time. As a result, it might lean toward the metcon side of things a bit.

Post to comments regarding a good time to do this one. Conferences run until 7:00 p.m.

Bench 75#, Pull-ups, Squat 95#

Round 1: 7,5,19
R2: 9,6,15
R3: 8,7,14
R4: 6,6,15
R5: 7,8,15

PR'ed in continuous kipping pull-ups. Previous PR was 5. So, round two, three, and four were all PR's in a row. =) Had form trouble on them the first four rounds...round 5 was good though. I was glad to end on the good form round. =)

I was disappointed on the bench for sure. Previously, I'd used that weight on a max reps workout (June) and I got double digit reps on the first four rounds! GAH! So...that stinks.

Squats were good I think. Haven't been squatting that much lately, so...I was happy with the reps.

BW = 195-200#

Bench 200#
12,10,8,7,6

Weighted Pull-ups, 30#
11,9,9,8,8

Back Squat, 200#
26,20,20,21,17

Probably could have done regular BW kipping pull-ups, but with bench, I figured this WOD already stood a good chance of aggravating my left arm without adding the kipping in. I think it was a wise choice.

The last set of squat was a little disappointing.

Also, this WOD takes forever.
