3 DB Hang Cleans
3 DB Push Press
3 DB Overhead Reverse Alternating Lunge (3/side for a total of 6)

Suggested DB loading: 45% bodyweight (total, not per DB)

Overhead Reverse Alternating Lunge: Hold both DBs overhead, step backward with one leg into a lunge position, lightly touching knee to the ground.
Your score is recorded as "X/Y," where X = # of rounds completed on the minute and Y = # of rounds completed for the remainder of the 10 minute period.

Previous PR was 115...I should have gone with 120. Oh well.
Used 20# DB's for the met con. That's the same weight as before, but it was easier than last time for sure.

I was decently happy with the 3's as 305 tied my 3-rep PR, especially given yesterday's lunge/jump-fest. The singles weren't so hot - topped out at 10# below my PR set 2 weeks ago. You win some, you lose some . . .

BW = 195# (rounding to 200#)
Did 8 rounds with 40# DBs (40%) and the last 2 rounds with 45# DBs (45%). This is a significant improvement over last time (35#). Then as now, the limiting factor was/is definitely the OH lunges, but I've definitely gotten better.
Next time: 45# DBs. It's probably unlikely that I would have gotten all 10 rounds in had I used them tonight, but it would not have been a bad decision - just a different experience.
