For time:
Row 1000m
21 Thrusters, 95#/65#
21 Pull-ups
Row 750m
15 Thrusters, 95#/65#
15 Pull-ups
Row 500m
9 Thrusters, 95#/65#
9 Pull-ups
We don't have rowers at CHS (yet), so we'll go with the main site's instructions: "If you do not have a rower, replace row efforts with a 1 mile run, 800 meter run and a 400 meter run."

Um, after looking at the WOD for Thursday, I suddenly remembered I have somewhere to be that night...so uh...I might just not make the workout. =)
Really though, I DO have somewhere to be so I'm going to be as much ready to go as possible and I might start ahead of you guys. What with the runnings and the pull-ups, I'm sure you'll catch up just fine. =)
I'm out of class at 6:45, so I'll try to get there as soon as I can. It only takes me 15-20 minutes to get to CHS from UNO in the evenings, so it just depends on how fast I get out of there.
156th north of Fort. Basically the last hill before Bennington Road.

Used 45# DB Thrusters instead of 95# Barbell Thrusters. 5# lighter but, as far as I can tell, probably a little harder.
Not disappointed with my time, but not thrilled either. Pull-ups were continuous, but my transitions should have been faster, and I thought my thrusters could have used some more . . . guts. (14-7, 11-4, 9)
Big night! Had a kipping pull-up mental breakthrough and "get them" WAY better now. Woot! Also, I've never used 65# for Thrusters in Fran, so...now I will. =) ALSO, believe it or not, I'm getting faster running. =)
