With the exception of the 4th set, I think that all sets were PRs at their respective rep numbers. Of course, this is primarily attributable to the fact that we've used this movement only twice before (a 5-5-5-3-3-3 and 3-3-3-1-1-1 cycle back in April). But still gratifying.
Did Elizabeth (9/14/09): 11:22 - a PR by at least a minute.
Also ran a trail/road 5k on Saturday. Time was 17:46. Could have been faster, but the course was not well marked and I did an extra "loop" on one section.
Nice work on that 5k (and Elizabeth too) - that's some speed, man.
