The last time I did 150 burpees, the time was 23 minutes. So I'm seeing much improvement there, which is good.
Now, for the not so good:
At the end of the fifth 400, I was getting definite signals from my body that it had had enough. Rather than stopping there, I finished that round and did another one. I spend the next five hours dealing with nausea, chills, very high body temp, lying in a bathtub full of cold water to try and cool me off.....all things symptomatic of and related to heat exhaustion.
All of that is my fault and my responsibility. I share this to encourage the readership to learn from my bad example. Know the signs that your body has had enough and act accordingly.

Did CFE WOD #2 (6 or 8 mile run at 90%) right before this one. Didn't quite have time to get 6 miles in, so ran 5 miles instead.

Theoretically it was just a bit faster than 90% (38:53), but sheesh, it was tough (perhaps my 100% is not as fast as I thought).
6 rounds of 400m and 25 burpees:
24:49
I do not like that one. At all.
Correction - the run was for CFE WOD #3, not #2.
