....and yes, after sitting in a meeting all day long, working out, having my employer pay for a giant steak dinner, and doing work in my hotel room......
I'm now bored enough to post comments to workouts completely unrelated to the workout which I actually did.
Tried to contact the Crossfit Dayton guy to try and get in on one of their training sessions. He never called back which was disappointing.
Nice job on that front squat PR, Chris. Sorry to hear about the CrossFit Dayton situation - that's a bummer.
Weighted Pull-ups, 5 x 3: 45-3 55-3 65-3 75-3 90-2
5 L-sits for 50-75% of OTT: Went for 8-10 seconds per L-sit - was tougher than the last time I did this - I'm guessing this is due to all the sit-ups from yesterday (at any rate, not worried about it). All L-sits were between 8-10 seconds except for the last once, which was split up into 2 L-sits of 4 seconds each. Kind of weird.

Slightly confused. Are you doing this at 4:30 or 7?
Oops - sorry. Forgot to delete that last part when I updated the time. I'm doing this one at 7:00 p.m.
It's fixed now.
Sigh...I really thought this was 7 X 1. Now I'm depressed.
- Body weight

Did tuck sits for :20 because Phil added that to this. Not that I'm bitter.
Front Squat:

215 - 3
225 - 3

245 - 1
255 - 1 PR
Then ran 5K.
