Did the 5k just now. BEAUTIFUL weather. Not an awesome pace but...it was hard to tell my pace and such since I was outside and all. I'm sure Phil has a way he's all "Well, it's really quite simple, you just look at the sun, look at your watch, divide by the square root of your mother, and that's your pace!" but I dunno that rule.
Anyway, ran 3.1 miles in 28:40. Ran from my house to 144th to just past the firehouse and back. Hills and such but that's just where I live.
Did Mike's Gym WOD after school today - still experimenting with how that schedule will work, but I wanted to stay close to his this first week. I'm not doing snatch tomorrow, so I figured doing this today wasn't entirely stupid.
Front Squat, 80% x 3 x 10 (240#) Back Squat, 70% x 3 x 3 (225#)
In the evening, I did CFE WOD #3 for this week (result is posted in those comments).
