OHS, 5 x 5: 135-5 155-5 175-5 185-5 Didn't do 5th set.
Pretty pleased - coming into it this morning, I didn't think I'd be doing OHS in order to avoid the overhead/shoulder/arm issues I've been having (planned on doing pistols). However, it felt good, and I didn't attempt the 5th set to avoid overdoing it.
Sorry I bailed, kids. I got up, started to get ready and my back and my legs were hurting. I thought about the WOD and decided that it might not be smart especially if I want to be okay for tomorrow. Which...I do.
