10 Down-backs
Run 1 down-back every 45 seconds. Each down-back is an all-out sprint, so the focus is on maximal acceleration, deceleration, planting the foot and reversing direction, and accelerating to top speed again.

Previous PR was 200 set WAY back in September of '08. Very happy with this. "This" being the new PR, not that the former one was set so long ago.
Then I did just five of the down and backs because my quads were just still sore and I was planning a bike/run after this.
WHICH...was very exciting b/c I PR'ed on the bike! Held average of 16 mph on the Bennington hills/extra 6 hills route!!! Then the run was just hell. But I digress.
