So, this relates to the "Karen" workout the other day. 150 wall balls...Well, I can't really easily handle the big med ball I used. So I tuck it under my chin as I squat and as I throw it until the last second.

Yesterday, I was washing my face thinking..."Man...I must be getting a BIG, BAD zit on my chin...because it's all sore..." No zit appears.

Today I figured it out because my chin is even MORE sore..."Ohhhh...it's from holding the wall ball with it...150 stinkin times!" Sigh...

Kiley -- I'm glad to hear you didn't get a zit.

I have this spot on my face -- it looks like a bubble. it's pretty small, I doubt anybody has noticed it. But I have i the mirror. I'm kind of wondering if it's going to turn into a liver spot or something. Seems a little early for that...
