Mike's Gym WOD: Snatch: max for day C&J: max for day Front Squat: heavy single
Didn't max on snatch and C&J, stopped at 125 and 175, respectively. Beyond that, it probably wouldn't have been a good idea for my wrist.
Front Squat (singles): 225 245 265 285 290(PR)
Kind of funny on the PR. I finished 285, and it was difficult. I was a little bummed since I thought my PR was 295 (and in fact had been calculating my percentages on the mikesgym.org WODs off of that number this week). I then proceeded to look in my book and learned that I had just tied my PR with that 285 attempt. Nice surprise.
