Okay, so maybe Becky had to poo, but I LOOK LIKE I AM! GAH!

Also, I'm so sick of pull-ups...I vote option #2.

This marks the first time I'm not sad that I can't watch the videos.

Voting in the comments seems like a good idea (way to go Kiley).

I also vote option 2 - mostly because it's unique. That said, I'm not looking forward to the plate carry around the school.

If the votes tie, we will use a time-honored method to determine the winner: Rock, Paper, Scissors (2 out of 3).

CFE WOD #3: 8 x 200m @ 90% of best.

Did this one on Big Papio, so I didn't have meters marked out. Went with 0.2 miles.

Best: 53.43 seconds (Usain, I'm coming after you . . . or not.)
90% = approx. 59 seconds.

Rested a few minutes, then start the 8 rounds - didn't do so well on this part.

Round Time
1 Less than 59
2 More than 59 (not sure how much)
3 1:06.55
4 1:07.06
5 1:04.97
6 1:06.92
7 1:04.76
8 1:03.44

This one was quite the experience - nice work CrossFit 801.

As predicted, the plate carry was brutal.

Good one.

Just in case I want to replicate this WOD on my own - how many meters is it around the school?

Using Gmap-Pedometer (www.gmap-pedometer.com), it looks to be 330 meters around the building.
