We've been "mostly" following the posted WOD's on a scaled back basis. However, I know there's been improvement since I now do horizontal push-ups rather than inclined AND I've decreased the assist on the pull-ups.
We have added swimming roughly 3 times a week. Yesterday did 5 laps.
