I was all by myself on this one - watching myself on video is definitely helpful. I don't quite reach full hip extension on most of those lifts, and my heels start to come off the floor a bit early (which may explain why I start to close my hips too soon).

Also, I need to get my elbows around the bar faster and definitely need to get them higher - might have prevented those two misses at 225#.

Sigh . . . I need work on these. Overhead strength/stability in general. But it's so much better than it used to be.
