I'm heading up to Rice Lake on Thursday (07/23/09), and my workouts up there will be predominantly bodyweight-based (calisthenics, jumping, running, etc.). As a result, the heavy programming that would normally be spaced out over the course of two 3-on-1-off cycles will take place entirely during this cycle (Mon-Wed). Monday already has a fairly short metcon added in, and either Tuesday or Wednesday (probably not both) will have something similar (5-10 minute range).
