I'm a maybe for this workout. The deadlifts are two days before a LOT of bike riding (also stressful on my back). Maybe I'll sub something else for this and try it. We'll see.
I was going to mention this to you - given the deadlifts and the race on Saturday (which should probably be semi-leisurely given RAGBRAI), I was thinking along your lines that you should either sub the deadlifts or just skip the WOD (you could always do skill work if you choose the later. You could do GHD sit-ups if you do the WOD - it's only 45 of them (less than one third of "Rachel").
Also, RAGBRAI = Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa.

Much better than last time. HSPUs were done with 3 10# plates (thick ones), which is slightly lower than the 20# DB I used last time.
1st round: 15
2nd round: 5,4,2,2,2
3rd round: 2,2, then singles for the rest . . . sigh.
Had to break up last set of thrusters - 10,5.
