2 Hang Muscle Snatch & 2 Overhead Squat
To be clear, 1 set is comprised of the following: Perform 2 hang muscle snatches, and with the weight still overhead after the second HMS, perform 2 overhead squats.
Hang Squat Snatch

(3 sets of 1 HSS per set)
Rest several minutes.

10 DB Hang Squat Clean, 45% BW (total weight, not per DB)
