The time is a bit up in the air on this one. I believe Kiley might go in the morning (before spin) at NP, but call her before you count on that one. I have a bball game the evening before, so I don't intend on an early morning workout. I'll go some other time, but I'm not sure when just yet.

Did hang power snatch instead of squats - went by feel instead of any set rep scheme.

The 160# lift was not pretty - had to press it out a bit.
So . . . I can hang power snatch 160# and can full squat snatch 145#. Anybody notice anything wrong with that? Sheesh. (full squat snatch should be higher than hang power snatch - the theoretically "weakest" of the snatches).
Lots of evidence for improved snatch technique.
3-3-3-1-1-1 of both shoulder press and squats. Quad's been buggin me, so I went light on the squats.
