Rest several minutes.
3 rounds for time of:
10 Clapping Pull-ups
10 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups
(Courtesy of Catalyst Athletics - slightly modified)
Push-ups are slapping for guys and clapping for girls. For pull-ups, use jumping pull-ups if needed, but stick with the clapping pull-ups if at all possible.

Split jerk
65, 75, 85, then my quad killed so I did shoulder press.
65, 70X2, 65
Then for the metcon I did jumping clapping pull ups and girl clapping push ups for the first two rounds, then boy for the last round. 3:11
135-5
155-4
Stopped after 4 since shoulders were hurting on the catch/receive portion (i.e., at the top) - mostly the left shoulder. Switched to shoulder press: 5-3-3-3
135-5 (ties 5-rep PR)
140-3
145-1
135-3
For some reason, shoulder press doesn't hurt, but jerk does. Perhaps this situation shouldn't be all that surprising - my left shoulder was hurting last week, and although it was starting to get better, we've had a lot of shoulder-intensive movements within the last few WODs (bench press, jerks, heavy thrusters, push-ups, ring dips, more jerks today . . . I suppose KB swings counts too).
Ah well. Time to heal.

Switched to CTB pull-ups after 4 clapping pull-ups - hands (esp. right hand) were tore up and were rapidly getting worse, and I didn't want to re-tear anything. I almost quit (out of frustration) midway through round 2 of pull-ups - a bandaid (that I should have taped) was starting to come off - and this would have started a blister bleeding again. Taped it up and went on - but overall . . . slower than it should have been.
