I didn't do the squats b/c Becky and I had just ridden a TOUGH, HILLY 28 mile bike ride. So...no squats. =)

Time on the metcon was 12:59.
Used 70#, did 3 kipping/3 jumping pull ups, and did "boy" push ups.
