My knees and back do not currently hurt. My entire body is sore. But not in pain. FWIW when considering the WOD for Tuesday.

Excellent (as far as the lack of knee and back pain go). Squats for tomorrow. The blog has been adjusted.

What is "FWIW?" I've tried to figure it out. No luck.
