75# push press also 18" box jump 1 full round with 15 kipping pull ups and then in round two I got all the box jumps, all the push presses, and 15 kipping pull ups then 8 jumping pull ups.
"This workout worked my quads, my calves, my abs, my lats, my biceps, my shoulders...annnnnddd...also a bit of aerobic conditioning.
All pull-ups were butterfly kipping - that's a fairly sizable step for me. They still weren't as fast as regular kipping, but they're getting there.
(I'm pretty sure the butterfly kips themselves were faster per pull-up than a regular kip - it's just that I had to use more sets than I would have with a traditional kip.)

I did one full round and then a full set of box jumps and push presses and then 22 real pull-ups plus five jumping ones.
