St. Louis Half-Marathon
If you're not running the race, the WOD is a long run. Distance is your choice, but the total time should involve an hour or more. You may also choose to simply choose a time goal instead of a distance goal, but again - an hour or more is the idea.

Around 2:20:00. Not sure yet what the actual time was.
1:41:11
7:43 min/mile pace.
Had tentatively hoped to keep it under 1:40 in preparation for the Lincoln Half in 2 weeks. However, mile 12 took 10:23 instead of the usual 7:30-7:45 since a fellow runner was having some breathing trouble. So overall, I think I would have made it under 1:40 otherwise.
Some other notes for myself:
1. 6 seconds faster than my first half, the 2007 Lincoln Half. I'm pretty sure the Lincoln course is a bit flatter than the St. Louis course (although the St. Louis course is not overly hilly).
2. I'm 10-15# heavier than I've ever been for a half/full marathon (correspondingly I'm stronger than I've been in the past), and I still managed a time around 1:40. Happy with that.
3. CFE training - never had more than 2 specific running workouts in any week. (And I could have definitely followed the CFE prescription much better) Love it.
4. Greatly appreciated 5k and 5 mile races over the past month as training races for this.
