This is a PR for me by 50#, so I was pretty darn happy with the overall result. As for the individual lifts, I was not particularly happy with the squat or the shoulder press - both lifts topped out at 5# under previous PRs. That said, I've never had a CFT where I consistently hit numbers in these ranges through all 3 lifts, so today was good.
As for my back on the 470# deadlift, there was no pain or discomfort, but the form was a bit . . . lacking.

Additionally, I really need to work on my squats - there is too big of a discrepancy between my squat and deadlift numbers.
Squat: 135 (PR is 145)
Shoulder Press: 75 (ties PR)
Dead Lift: 185 (PR is 200)
Total is 395 (PR is 420)
I am happy with this effort. It isn't my best ever, but it is miles better than I was a month ago.

PR on CFT is 845. My weight selection on squats was not good and my shoulder press was not so impressive either. I'm happy about the DL PR, though.
