Not my best, but better than post-marathon/infection, and I look forward to doing the CFT again in a month.

Squat: 120 max (wow...so sad)
Shoulder press: 70 max (my PR is 75)
Dead lift: 145 (not...awesome. PR is 200)

CFT: 335

Not awesome. BUT...My elbow didn't hurt. And two months ago this whole thing was out of the question b/c of my back. So...it'll take it.
