8 rounds + 5 HSPU, 10 L-pull-ups, 14 lunges. So close. Blasted Kiley.

Of course, when I say "L-pull-ups,", this is using the term generously.

I subbed jumping pull ups and KTE for the "L pull ups" and stacked (I think) 9 5# plates and 1 2.5# to touch on the HSPU.

9 rounds exactly.

For the HSPU, I used a 25# plate, and 2 10 # plates (they were of slightly different thicknesses).
